As so many have said, Mike was one in a million and for me he was a truly wonderful friend and colleague over nearly 20 years. Mike was the kindest and most generous guy you could ever meet - we had some marvellous fun times and I look back with smiles at the happy memories. My thoughts are with all those who were close to him.
